About The Role

Job Title: Office Administrator

Salary: Up to £28k depending on experience

Location: Milton Keynes

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00-17:00

Type of Employment: Permanent

Join the UK’s largest B2B used vehicle service

Main purpose of the role:

General office duties such as inputting data, uploading files to the internal systems, filling paperwork, responding to telephone and email queries, raising purchase orders
Dealing with any customer returns for repairs ensuring a quick turnaround
Other ad-hoc administrative duties will be included

The person:

Previous administrative experience (essential)
Full UK Driving Licence
Computer literate with experience in using Excel (essential)
Strong communicative skills – speaking, reading and writing (essential)
Excellent numerical and literacy skills
You will be passionate to work within the motor industry and take pride in their work, to the highest standards of work set by customers
Excellent attention to detail
