Assistant Manager – Just Tyres

Location: Milton Keynes / Surrounding Centres
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day running of our busy branch. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive professional looking to take the next step in their career with a well-established and respected tyre and vehicle maintenance business.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Branch Manager in the daily operation of the centre.
Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong customer relationships.
Assist with managing and motivating the team to achieve sales and performance targets.
Ensure high standards of workmanship, health and safety, and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer enquiries, quotations, bookings, and invoicing.
Assist with stock control and branch administration.
Lead by example and provide support during busy periods on the workshop floor.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience within the automotive, tyre, fast-fit, or vehicle maintenance industry.
Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Commercial awareness with a focus on achieving results.
Organised, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
A full UK driving licence is desirable.
