Overview

Duties

Excellent timekeeping, reliability, and a strong commitment to attendance and punctuality.
A keen eye for detail, ensuring all work is completed accurately and to the highest standard.
Strong knowledge and confident use of both hand tools and power tools, with the ability to operate equipment safely and effectively.
Practical experience reading measurements, using measuring equipment, and interpreting technical drawings where applicable.
A good understanding of health and safety procedures, with the ability to maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
The ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills, using initiative to overcome challenges and complete tasks effectively.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt to new techniques, equipment, and working practices.
Good communication skills and the ability to work professionally with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
A strong work ethic, taking ownership of responsibilities and consistently delivering high-quality workmanship.
The physical capability to carry out manual handling and work in a fast-paced environment.
