Warehouse Operations Controller (Warehouse Lead)
Location: Mirfield
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, rotating weekly pattern of 08:00 - 16:00, 10:00 - 18:00.

We are currently seeking an exceptional individual to join us as a Warehouse Operations Controller at our Mirfield site.

As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry Customers are at the heart of our business.

As a Warehouse Operations Controller your primary responsibility will be to manage the flow of work through the Hardware Shipping department, providing first-class customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

You will be the person controlling and organising the operations team in order to meet customer deadlines whilst supporting the Department Manager with KPI reporting.

You will be the first point of contact for any urgent escalations and will communicate with external carriers about shipment queries.

About You

You will be a team player, someone who thrives under pressure with the ability to build long-term relationships with stakeholders; proficient at prioritising workload, with excellent organisation skills.

You will have previous experience in a Senior Warehouse Operative, Supervisor or Warehouse Lead role.
