About the Role

DIRECT SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL LIMITED is seeking a proactive and organised Business Support Officer to support the company’s daily business operations, supplier coordination, partnership development, and administrative activities. The successful candidate will work closely with management and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational performance and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support across multiple business functions and departments.

Coordinate communications with suppliers, clients, and business partners to maintain efficient business operations.

Assist with procurement activities, inventory coordination, and supplier relationship management.

Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and partnership projects with domestic and international partners.

Prepare operational reports, analyse sales and business data, and assist management with forecasting and planning.

Assist in organising company events, meetings, and business development activities.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and general HR administrative functions.

Ensure company procedures and operational standards are followed effectively.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Management, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.

Previous experience in business support, administration, operations, sales support, or a related role.

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Good analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business systems.

Knowledge of international business operations or supplier coordination would be advantageous.
