This role is for anyone who wants to make a real difference, whatever your age, background, or gender (unless the role is gender specific)

NB: This role is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship under current UK Home Office rules, as it does not meet the required salary or skill level criteria.

About The Service

We support 5 individuals within the community with a range of learning and physical disabilities including autism, down syndrome, epilepsy.

You will be supporting individuals in their own homes to maintain their independence with day to day task including medication and personal care for some of the individuals.

Everyone is different so you need to be able to adapt your approach to each individual and their circumstances.

Some of this support may be lone working.

Violets Patch is a 24/7 service you will be required to do 1 sleep a week. Sleep ins are 10pm - 7am.
