Are you a responsible and organised individual with a passion for ensuring smooth parking operations? CitiPark is seeking a dedicated Car Park Attendant to join our team. As a Car Park Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient management of our car park facility.

CitiPark are a forward thinking and innovative parking services operator which prides itself on providing customers with excellent levels of customer service across all its branches.

We currently have positions for Car Park Attendants to join our Cheltenham team.

The role:

The successful candidate will be expected to sustain a high level of customer satisfaction whilst maintaining a clean and secure parking environment.
Completion of all cleaning procedures to a high standard.
Patrol regularly to ensure a safe operating environment for both staff and customers.
To carry out cash handling procedures accurately in a timely manner.
First line maintenance and fault finding on all car park and office equipment when necessary.
Carry out other tasks as required to meet operational requirements.

Experience :

Previous customer service experience.

Be flexible with a can-do attitude to work.

Previous cash handling experience.

Excellent communication skills.

A full UK driving licence is desirable.

Job Type: Full-time
