Full job description

The position would be suitable for an individual with a strong background in a similar role and ideally suit someone with strong leadership and management skills.

The job role will encompass all aspects of the day to day running of a busy seasonal seaside location. Assisting the hotel manager in their duties and taking a leading role in the managers absence.

Duties Will Include

> Setting and maintaining high levels of Customer service and staff discipline

> Taking initiative and setting an example during busy periods

> Staff Management

> Staff Training and development

> Cashing up and Locking up.

> General Paperwork associated with the day to day running.

> Striving to develop the business and help us drive forward into new challenges.

The Right candidate should have excellent self motivation and a drive to meet or exceed the expected standards. Excellent verbal communication skills as the role will involve a large degree of customer interaction.

Capable of managing a team of staff in the right way developing and improving individuals to help them achieve targets.
