Following the success of our first airport bar, we’re proud to launch our second location at Manchester Airport Terminal 2. This new concept blends our premium drinks with a fresh, fast-casual food offering—including handcrafted sandwiches made to order in a vibrant café setting.
The Role
As a Sandwich Artist, you’ll be part of the team bringing our café menu to life. You’ll prepare fresh sandwiches and light bites with care and precision, while delivering a warm and efficient guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing ingredients and assembling sandwiches to spec
- Maintaining a clean and organised prep area in line with EHO standards
- Providing friendly, confident customer service
- Upholding Fever-Tree’s brand standards in every dish and interaction
- Supporting the team during busy shifts in a fast-paced airport environment
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for individuals who are reliable, enthusiastic, and passionate about fresh food. Ideal candidates will:
- Be comfortable working early shifts (as early as 03:00), evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Have strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Possess a valid passport and be able to provide a complete 5-year history (employment, education, travel, or volunteering) for airport vetting
- Have previous food service or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)
- Show attention to detail and pride in presentation

Airport Vetting Requirements
As this role is located airside, successful applicants must pass strict aviation security checks. This includes:
- Holding a valid passport
- Completing a detailed 5-year history check (including employment, education, travel, or volunteering)
- Undergoing a criminal record check (DBS)
