About the Role:

In this new role to H&MV, the Regional Operations Coordinator provides high‑level strategic and operational support to the Regional Operations Director and Leadership Team. This role is essential to regional success and ensures effective delivery of regional priorities by supporting project oversight, driving business improvements, and coordinating strategic initiatives across multiple teams and sites.

In this key role they will manage regional information, documentation, communications, and events, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organised, and confident in managing complex schedules and priorities within a fast‑paced regional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver regional events, engagement activities, and leadership sessions.
Draft, coordinate, and distribute consistent regional communications across teams.
Manage regional reporting, dashboards, and timely submission/escalation of requirements.
Maintain accurate regional documents, org charts, templates, and SharePoint libraries.
Ensure proper document control, compliance records, and adherence to company policies.
Produce, proof, and format high‑quality documents aligned with corporate branding.
Coordinate with central functions to meet quality, audit, ISO, HSE, and HV safety standards.
Track and support regional business improvement initiatives, data analysis, and updates.
Act as a central communication link between field teams, regional staff, and leadership.
Support regional culture, strategic messaging, best‑practice sharing, and Core Values promotion.
Champion regional culture initiatives and ensure consistent communication across teams.

Key Requirements:

2–3 years’ experience in senior administrative, coordination, or operational support roles across multiple teams or sites.
Strong documentation management skills, ideally within the UK construction sector, with familiarity in document control and compliance processes.
Excellent organisational and project management abilities, with proven experience managing competing priorities and strict deadlines.
Confident written and verbal communicator, skilled in producing professional presentations, documents, and messaging.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and Copilot.
Experienced in cross‑department coordination to ensure timely delivery of regional or operational requirements.
Professional, proactive, adaptable, and detail‑focused, able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, “can‑do” attitude.
Proven ability to work to tight deadlines and remain calm, focused, and effective under pressure.
Experience in process and project coordination, with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
Collaborative team worker who is respectful, leads by example, and maintains positive working relationships.
Experience of PowerBi and AI Tools would be beneficial
