Job Description:

We are a well-established, fast-paced local lettings and estate agency with a strong reputation for delivering excellent customer service and achieving results. We are looking for a proactive and driven Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team.

Job Purpose:

The Lettings Negotiator will play a key role in handling enquiries, arranging and conducting viewings, negotiating lets, and managing the lettings process from start to finish. You’ll be the first point of contact for tenants and landlords, representing the agency with professionalism and energy.

Key Responsibilities:

Registering prospective tenants and understanding their requirements
Booking, attending, and following up on property viewings
Negotiating lets between landlords and tenants
Progressing agreed tenancies through referencing to move-in
Generating new business through prospecting and referrals
Maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Keeping property listings up to date and well-presented
Working towards individual and team targets
Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures
Providing outstanding customer service at all times

Key Skills & Attributes:

Previous experience in lettings or property (preferred but not essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
Well-organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Confident and professional telephone manner
High level of attention to detail
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (required)
Knowledge of local area and market (advantageous)
