Full job description

Production / General Worker (Monday–Friday, Day Shifts)

Buckfastleigh, Devon (TQ11 0LT)

Pay:

£14.28 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay at 12.07%)

Contract: Flexible Worker Agreement

Overview

We are looking for reliable individuals to support our production operations. This role suits candidates who can offer consistent availability and attendance when accepting shifts.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
Start time: 8:00am
Finish: 4:30pm or 5:00pm (depending on requirements)
Hours are offered based on business needs; no minimum hours are guaranteed - Busy summer period with many hours available to work.
Shifts are offered in advance

What We Offer

Day shifts only (no weekends)
Consistent start time
Flexibility available
Shifts are optional; however, reliability and commitment once accepted are essential

Main Duties

Main duties include palletising and packing products into boxes
Flexibility to support other tasks such as cleaning after production and general production duties

What We’re Looking For

Reliable and punctual
Able to commit to shifts once accepted
Good attention to detail
Previous production experience (beneficial but not essential)

Key Information

Worker contract (not a contract of employment)
24 hours’ notice required to end engagement

Pay: £14.28 per hour
