Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and organised Office Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that office functions run smoothly and efficiently. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster a productive environment, support team members, and keep administrative processes on track. Duties

Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling phone inquiries with professional etiquette
Maintain organised filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring quick retrieval of documents
Perform data entry tasks accurately using tools like Microsoft Office, Xero
Schedule appointments, meetings, and coordinate office calendars to optimize workflow
Assist with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping responsibilities using Xero
Support administrative projects by preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
Ensure office supplies are stocked and reorder as necessary to maintain smooth daily operations

Skills

Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative procedures
Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members
Typing speed and accuracy to handle correspondence and data input efficiently
Clerical experience that demonstrates attention to detail and reliability
Familiarity with Xero is a plus
