Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Self-employed Hairstylist to join our vibrant beauty community. This role offers the flexibility of working independently while providing exceptional hairdressing and beauty services to clients. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hairstyling, customer service, and a flair for creating personalised looks. As a self-employed professional, you will have the opportunity to build your own client base within a supportive environment that encourages creativity and growth.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality hairstyling services including cutting, colouring, styling, and specialised treatments
Provide additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions and makeup application to enhance client satisfaction
Manage your own appointments and client bookings efficiently
Offer personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable styles or treatments
Upsell products and additional services to maximise client experience and revenue opportunities
Maintain a clean, organised work station adhering to health and safety standards
Foster excellent customer service by building rapport and ensuring clients feel valued and comfortable
Assist with front desk duties when necessary, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.

Experience

Skilled in barbering with a strong portfolio of diverse hairstyles
Demonstrable experience in customer service
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
