Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker & Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and finishing high-quality cabinetry and furniture pieces. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for craftsmanship and attention to detail, working within a dynamic environment that values precision and efficiency.

Duties

Fabricate cabinet components according to detailed specifications using various hand tools and power tools
Assemble cabinetry and furniture, ensuring accurate joinery and secure fittings
Operate woodworking machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Collaborate with the design & production team to interpret technical drawings
Perform heavy lifting of materials and finished products as required
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations

Skills

Proven experience in assembly
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and joinery methods
Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and quality control
Ability to interpret technical drawings and measurements
Physical strength for heavy lifting and manual handling tasks
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
Prior experience in construction or manufacturing environments is desirable
