Summary

EYFS Teaching Assistant Level 2B Early Years (Ages 35) We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our Early Years team. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in shaping the early educational experiences of young children aged 3 to 5, supporting their development in a nurturing and engaging environment. About the Role As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support childrens learning, development, and well-being. You will help create a positive and stimulating environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

Support the learning and development of pupils in line with the EYFS framework
Build strong, positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
Liaise effectively with parents to ensure a consistent approach to each childs development and well-being
Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities tailored to individual needs
Monitor and support pupils progress across all areas of learning

What Were Looking For
Experience working in a Nursery or EYFS setting (desirable)
A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
A good understanding of the EYFS framework and Development Matters
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A patient, caring, and proactive approach to supporting young children
