Main Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and manage procurement strategies for products, accessories, and store supplies.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and quality products.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock shortages.
Maintain strong supplier relationships and evaluate supplier performance.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Analyze purchasing trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Coordinate with warehouse and store teams to ensure timely product availability.
Prepare procurement reports and forecasts for senior management.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required

Bachelor or Master or equivalent degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
Experience with inventory planning and stock control.
Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
