Play Planet Soft Play in Hamilton is looking for kitchen staff to join our amazing team!

We are a busy soft play centre located in the heart of Hamilton, where families can party, play and eat 7 days a week!

In this role you will:

Cook a wide variety of dishes to a high standard using fryers, grills, panini press and convection oven.
Take food to customers and clean dishes.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness by completing daily and weekly cleaning tasks
Date and store food in the appropriate ways and complete daily temperature checks.
Manage stock levels within the kitchen and help to place orders.
Help out serving customers/answering phones/stocking items during quiet kitchen times.
Work weekends and in total 4-5 days a week 10-5pm or 11-4pm.

The ideal candidate will:

Have a Level 2 food hygiene certificate (or be willing to complete course on acceptance of role)
Have high standards of food and personal hygiene as well as knowledge of allergens & food safety practices.
Have experience working alone or with others in a fast-paced kitchen.
Be efficient, hardworking, friendly and have good customer service skills.
Be available to work weekends
