Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Local Coach Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers within the local area, ensuring a high standard of customer service and vehicle maintenance. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for driving and a commitment to safety and professionalism. The position involves working flexible hours, primarily during daytime shifts, with an emphasis on punctuality and excellent communication skills.

Duties

Safely operate passenger coaches along designated routes within the local area, adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding, alighting, and answering questions in a courteous manner.
Conduct daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and roadworthiness, reporting any issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of journeys, mileage, and vehicle maintenance logs.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members regarding schedules, route changes, or any incidents during transit.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including vehicle cleanliness and passenger safety protocols.Qualifications
Valid <PERSON> driverClass D licence .
Proven experience as a delivery driver or coach driver, demonstrating safe driving practices over time.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage schedules effectively. This role is ideal for individuals committed to safe driving standards, customer satisfaction, and maintaining well-kept vehicles while providing reliable local transportation services.

Pay: £14.00 per hour
