Full job description

Accounts Administrator

We are looking for an organised and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our team. This is a varied role suited to someone with strong administration and accounting skills who enjoys working in a busy office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Processing purchase invoices and sales orders
Maintaining the purchase ledger
Carrying out bank reconciliations
Credit control and chasing outstanding payments
Processing payroll
Handling general accounts queries
Supporting general office administration
Assisting with stock control and inventory administration
Maintaining accurate financial and administrative records

Skills & Experience Required

Previous experience in an accounts or finance administration role
Good working knowledge of Sage accounting software
Strong Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills
