Job description

Reporting to the Quay Manager and Supervisor. You will assist in the efficiency of vehicular movements and deliveries safely on a busy working quay.

Responsibilities

To follow health and safety regulations at all times in order to maintain a safe working environment.
To provide assistance for freight deliveries and customers as required.
To help improve quay efficiency.
To direct and manage vehicle movements both on and off the quay.
To keep traffic areas free of pedestrians.
To complete ongoing job related training as required.
To carry out other duties and assist colleagues as required.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must hold Right to Work in the UK.
