Job Overview

We are seeking an Experienced Domestic Cleaner to join our team, providing premium cleaning services to private households. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in domestic cleaning and possess excellent attention to detail. This role offers an opportunity to work in a respectful environment, delivering exceptional standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of clients’ homes, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment.

Duties

Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces within clients’ homes.
Handle specialised cleaning duties such as cleaning appliances as required.
Assist with organising household items to optimise space utilisation and tidiness.
Provide excellent customer service by maintaining professional communication with clients and addressing any specific requests or concerns.
Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any issues or shortages promptly.
Adhere to client-specific instructions to meet individual expectations for each property.

Requirements

Proven experience in domestic cleaning or hotel housekeeping.
Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
Good physical fitness to perform cleaning duties efficiently, including lifting and moving items as needed.
Flexibility to adapt to different client requirements and schedules.
