Job Overview

In this dynamic role, you will bring artistry and creativity to life by designing beautiful, delectable cakes that delight our customers. Your expertise in baking and decorating will help set the tone for an exceptional customer experience, making every celebration memorable. Duties

Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, ensuring consistency and quality in flavor and presentation
Decorate cakes with intricate designs, themes, and personalized touches according to customer specifications
Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness throughout the kitchen and decorating areas
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production of baked goods for daily operations
Assist in food preparation tasks such as mixing, frosting, and assembling cakes
Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and ingredients, notifying management when restocking is needed
Follow all health regulations and safety procedures to uphold a safe working environment

Experience

Proven experience in food production, baking, or cake decorating within a bakery, restaurant, or culinary setting
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen best practices
Skilled in food preparation techniques including baking, frosting, piping, and decorating with various mediums
Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Familiarity with culinary tools and equipment used in cake decoration and baking processes
Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is highly desirable but not mandatory for passionate learners willing to grow their skills
