Damp and Mould Surveyor
Are you passionate about improving housing standards and protecting residents' health and wellbeing?
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Damp and Mould Surveyor to join our Corporate Compliance Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in identifying, assessing and managing damp and mould risks across the Council's housing portfolio, helping to ensure our homes remain safe, healthy and compliant.
You'll undertake property inspections, investigate damp and mould issues, identify root causes, specify remedial works and work collaboratively with colleagues and contractors to achieve the best outcomes for our residents.
This is an opportunity to make a genuine difference while helping the Council meet its statutory responsibilities and the requirements of WHQS 2023, HHSRS and emerging best practice.
