Head of Babies – Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner
Countryside Nursery Setting
Full-Time | Competitive Salary (dependent on experience)

Are you a passionate and experienced Early Years Practitioner ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a dedicated Level 3 qualified professional to lead our baby room in a beautiful countryside nursery setting.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a nurturing, nature-rich environment where children thrive through exploration, care, and meaningful relationships.

About the Role

As Head of Babies, you will:

* Lead and inspire the baby room team to deliver outstanding care and education
* Create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment for children aged 0–2
* Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
* Build strong, supportive relationships with parents and carers
* Ensure high standards of safeguarding, health & safety, and wellbeing
* Act as a role model and mentor for team members What We’re Looking For

What We Are Looking For

* Level 3 qualification in Early Years (essential)
* Proven experience working with babies in an early years setting
* Strong leadership or room leader experience preferred
* Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework
* A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
