Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service in our restaurant, match day experience or events ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic setting, contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with company standards
Greet customers warmly and take their orders efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
Check identification to verify legal drinking age and prevent underage sales
Handle cash and card transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with inventory management
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing any queries or concerns promptly
Ensure responsible alcohol service by monitoring guest behaviour and adhering to licensing laws

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
Knowledge of food safety and responsible alcohol service regulations
Strong serving skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good organisational skills to keep the bar area tidy and well-stocked
A personable attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences
