We have an exciting opportunity for a General Manager that demonstrates a showmanship management style – leading their team from the front. If you have a passion for hospitality, are passionate about bars & nightlife, and believe you have something you can offer Swansea’s exciting new nightlife then continue reading;

An ideal candidate will have a passion for leading a team, love bar & club management & be a natural with customer service. A team is the reflection of the manager at the front & leading it you will be expected to meet and maintain our exceptional standards of punctuality, dependability and flexibility. We are an advanced & ambitious company looking for someone who shares our values to help them grow, and in turn, grow with the business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO & WHO YOU’LL BE?

Managing bookings and VIP Experiences
Managing our famous entertainment team
business development and grow one of Swansea's favourite brands
Control, manage & minimise all controllable costs efficiently within set targets
Create & deliver a culture of exceptional customer service
Promote, monitor & manage service levels within the team, through observations and two-way feedback
Build strong relationships with peers & head office departments to effectively deal with matters concerning the venues stock package, promotions, staff development & employee relations
Recruit, select, develop & retain high calibre staff that reflect the brand and promote excellent customer service
Encourage and recognise outstanding team performance. To increase motivation and venue morale
Build community relationships & develop a social hub within your venue
Drive sales to achieve targets through business development & effective staff training

WHAT YOU’LL GET:

Competitive salary - Base salary up to £33,000. - £39,000 OTE
