Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telesales Agent to join our sales team. This role involves engaging with potential clients via telephone to promote our products and services, build relationships, and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills. Experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, and familiarity with CRM software & MS software is highly desirable. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their sales career within a professional environment.

Duties

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services
Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions effectively
Maintain accurate records of all interactions within CRM software
Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into clients
Manage and update customer information within the CRM system
Collaborate with the wider team to discuss developing strategies for reaching targets
Achieve individual sales quotas and contribute to team objectives
Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries professionally and promptly

Skills

Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles
Proficiency in CRM software & MS Studio
Strong verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Organised, proactive, and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain enthusiasm during calls
Good organisational skills with attention to detail in recording information
