If you enjoy delivering exceptional customer service with a passion to go the extra mile for your customers and colleagues, then this could be the role for you!

As a Customer Representative, delivering the Marsden personal service, helping people feel at home in our branches and getting to know them is essential. You won’t just be dealing with transactions and answering queries to their satisfaction but finding out how else we can help and engaging in meaningful conversation.

We pride ourselves on our ability to make a difference to all our members and being part of a valued team, you will share this special customer journey with them.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this is an exciting opportunity that would suit someone who enjoys building relationships with colleague sand customers, and who takes pride in providing excellent administrative and customer support.

We are looking for our next team members to have a good standard of general education (GCSE Grade C or above), experience of customer service, effective communication skills and the ability to deal with queries and problem solve.

Here at the Marsden, working together is part of our core values, and the Customer Representative role will involve communicating and collaborating not just within your team but spanning the whole organisation, working cohesively with colleagues to help us grow and achieve our business goals.

We are a smaller organisation, and as such, all of our colleagues have the ability to enjoy breadth within their role, as well as utilising and developing their specialist skills.
