Full job description

Production Supervisor – Print & Embroidery
Location: Milton Keynes
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000

We are looking for an organised, hands-on and motivated Production Supervisor to join our growing print and embroidery business. This role is ideal for someone with experience in garment decoration, production environments and team leadership, who enjoys leading from the front and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

You will play a key role in managing daily production operations, supporting the team and ensuring customer orders are completed accurately and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate embroidery machines efficiently and accurately
Operate DTF and vinyl printing equipment
Operate heat press machinery
Lead, motivate and support production team members
Plan and organise daily workflow to meet deadlines
Monitor production schedules and prioritise workloads
Place daily orders with suppliers and manage stock requirements
Maintain high standards of quality control throughout production
Ensure machinery and work areas are maintained and kept organised
Support continuous improvement within production processes
Assist with troubleshooting production issues and resolving delays

Requirements:

Previous experience within embroidery, garment printing or a related production environment
Knowledge of Adobe or similar packages
Experience operating embroidery machines preferred
Experience with DTF, vinyl printing and heat press equipment advantageous
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to lead and support a team effectively
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
