You will be responsible for proactively sourcing and attracting high-calibre talent across technology, product, operations, sales, marketing and corporate functions.
This is a hands-on role focused on direct search rather than traditional recruitment. You'll build talent pipelines, engage passive candidates and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring OneDome attracts the best people in a competitive market.
- Develop and execute proactive talent sourcing strategies across the UK.

Identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking and market mapping.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.

Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer acceptance.

- 5+ years' experience in executive search, headhunting or in-house talent acquisition.

Proven success hiring senior and specialist talent within technology, fintech, proptech or high-growth businesses.
