Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar Staff/Waitresses to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service in a lively hospitality environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic setting, contributing to the overall success of our establishment.

Duties

Welcome guests warmly and take their orders efficiently and accurately
Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, maintaining high standards of presentation
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to established procedures
Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas throughout shifts
Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and resolving any issues promptly
Assist with setting up tables, clearing plates, and resetting areas for new guests
Follow food safety standards and health & safety regulations at all times

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided
Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is advantageous
Strong serving skills with a friendly, approachable manner
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tables efficiently
Basic maths skills for handling payments and bills accurately
Excellent time management to ensure prompt service during busy periods
Ability to work well within a team and maintain a positive attitude throughout shifts
Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends as required
