Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled EW/SIGINT/ELINT Instructor to join our specialised training team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive instruction in electronic warfare, signals intelligence, and electronic intelligence, ensuring that trainees acquire the necessary knowledge and practical skills to operate effectively within these complex domains. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to national security initiatives by developing the next generation of expert professionals in electronic warfare and signals analysis.

Duties

Design and deliver engaging training programmes on EW, SIGINT, and ELINT topics tailored to various skill levels.
Develop instructional materials, including manuals, presentations, and practical exercises that enhance learning outcomes.
Assess trainee progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback to facilitate continuous improvement.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current technological developments and operational procedures within electronic warfare disciplines.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content remains accurate, relevant, and aligned with organisational objectives.
Support trainees in applying theoretical knowledge through practical exercises and simulations.
Ensure compliance with security protocols and confidentiality requirements at all times.

Requirements

Fluency in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven experience in teaching or training within technical or military environments specialising in EW, SIGINT, or ELINT disciplines.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple training programmes effectively.
Sound IT skills including familiarity with relevant software applications utilised for instructional purposes.
Excellent organisational skills coupled with the ability to adapt training approaches based on trainee needs and technological advancements.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
