Full job description

Job title: Dealer Support Advisor

Location: Office based - S41 9PZ (Smeckley Wood Close)

Starting salary: £28,000 based on experience (Realistic O.T.E c 30k-31k)

Shifts/rotas: To be discussed but will include weekdays 9am-5:30pm or 9:30am – 6pm and weekends 9am – 5.30pm.

About the role
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering great customer service to our dealer and customer partners. This role is ideal for you if you thrive in a team environment, are target driven and get a kick out of making a real difference in the business.

Working in dealer support, you will be “the face” of Evolution Funding, representing our brand and being the primary contact for our dealer & customer partners. You will build, maintain and enhance key business relationships answering a wide range of questions and providing an outstanding level of service to our dealership network.

About you
To apply for this role, you will need to be out of your probation period and able to demonstrate a consistent track record of delivering customer-based targets and strong knowledge of the company’s product range.

You will put treating customers fairly (TCF) at the heart of all your transactions and interactions with customers with a “no job is too small” attitude and in-depth knowledge of our prime, niche & RFR (including LCV and bespoke) departments and processes.

Things to consider before applying

This is a business-to-business telephone-based role where you will be providing customer service to our dealership customers taking up to 50 calls a day.
You will be working on a shift basis with one weekend day each week
You will be required to meet demanding service-based targets.
You will be required to learn a large volume of product and regulatory related information.

Skills & experience you will need to demonstrate through the recruitment process

An in-depth knowledge of Evolution Funding products, services, departments and processes.
A strong track record of delivering/exceeding targets at Evolution Funding.
Ability to take ownership of customer issues and be proactive and professional in providing solutions.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills to work with other teams across the business ensuring that we deliver the service required by our customers.

Pay: £28,000.00 per year
