About Us

Londora is a modern and growing beauty salon committed to delivering exceptional nail and beauty services. We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and professional Nail Technician Manager to lead our nail team while providing outstanding services to our clients.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the nail technician team to deliver outstanding nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and specialized treatments.
Ensure all nail technicians adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace at all times.
Oversee appointment scheduling, client consultations, and service quality to maximize customer satisfaction.
Provide training and mentorship on advanced techniques such as makeup application, new trends, and customer service excellence.
Manage inventory of nail products and supplies, ensuring availability for daily operations.
Foster effective communication within the team and with clients to build lasting relationships and promote a positive salon atmosphere.
Monitor performance metrics, gather feedback, and implement improvements to enhance service delivery.

Experience

Proven experience as a Nail Technician with a strong portfolio of diverse nail art and treatments.
Previous supervisory or managerial experience in a beauty or wellness setting is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English; ability to clearly convey instructions and provide exceptional customer service.
Skilled in makeup application techniques is a plus to offer comprehensive beauty services.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team, motivate staff, and create an engaging client experience.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining hygiene standards and managing appointments.
