We are looking for a highly energetic Housekeeping Supervisor to join our Housekeeping team at The Retreat, Elcot Park.

You will:

Support and lead the Housekeeping team, in absence of the Head Housekeeper.
Train the housekeepers through on the job coaching and encourage shadowing.
Regularly conduct checks and monitor housekeeping quality and turndown of all guest bedrooms.
Ensure that all guest accommodation and public areas are maintained to the highest possible standard of cleanliness and presentation by the housekeeping team.
Liaise with suppliers of linen, cleaning materials and guest supplies.
Deliver scheduling of team rotas.
Ensure that all company rules and regulations relating to Health and Safety are followed.
