Marketing Executive – Email & Digital Marketing

Swindon (5 days a week in the office)

Are you a marketing professional with strong email marketing and digital advertising experience? Do you have experience working within an eCommerce or retail environment and enjoy using data to drive customer engagement and sales?

Wentworth Wooden Puzzles, the UK's leading premium wooden jigsaw puzzle brand, is looking for a Marketing Executive to join their growing marketing team.

With over 35 years of heritage and a strong international presence, Wentworth Wooden Puzzles continues to grow both in the UK and overseas. This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning business and play a key role in supporting customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth through email and digital marketing campaigns.

What We're Looking For

✔ Experience using Klaviyo or a similar Email Service Provider (ESP)
✔ Strong email marketing experience, including campaign builds, testing and automation
✔ Digital advertising experience across paid channels
✔ eCommerce and/or retail marketing experience
✔ Understanding of customer segmentation and database marketing
✔ Strong analytical skills and confidence working with marketing data
✔ Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
✔ A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering engaging campaigns

The Role

Reporting to the CRM & Performance Marketing Manager, you'll support the delivery of email and digital marketing activity across multiple regions and customer segments.

Responsibilities include:

Building, testing and scheduling email campaigns
Creating and maintaining automated email journeys
Supporting digital advertising campaigns and creative development
Briefing agencies on digital and affiliate marketing assets
Copywriting and proofreading marketing content
Supporting customer segmentation and database management
Uploading and analysing campaign data
Working closely with the Ecommerce Manager and wider marketing team
Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
