Executive Lifestyle Assistant – Client-Facing Role

Role Summary

We’re seeking motivated, tech-savvy, client facing Lifestyle Assistants who will support clients directly. You’ll be the main point of contact for multiple clients, building strong relationships and ensuring they feel supported and cared for in their daily lives.

This role is about the logistics, co-ordination and execution of day-to-day life admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for multiple clients, ensuring excellent communication and relationship management.
Complete quick, transactional tasks directly (bookings, appointments, reminders, follow-ups).
Provide proactive client updates and ensure every request is handled personally.
Triage incoming tasks and create clear briefs for research.
Review task outputs before sharing with clients to maintain quality standards.
Anticipate client needs and recommend solutions before being asked.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong client-facing experience (you’ve had experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, PA, or family assistant roles).
Excellent communicator with a natural client-first mindset.
Tech-savvy and adaptable - quick to pick up new AI tools and digital platforms.
Proactive problem-solver who can think on their feet and act quickly.
Organised and efficient, able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Excited by blending lifestyle support with professionalism in a start-up environment
