Overview

Join our vibrant team as EXPERIENCED Waiting Staff and become the face of exceptional hospitality! In this dynamic role, you'll deliver memorable dining experiences by providing attentive, friendly service to guests. Your energy and enthusiasm will help create a welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a lively, fast-paced environment. Applicants MUST be able to work evenings and weekends as required

Duties

Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements, ensuring a positive first impression
Take accurate food and beverage orders using efficient serving techniques
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any needs or concerns
Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas
Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures

Skills

Strong background in hospitality with previous restaurant or food service experience preferred
Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety standards, and basic food preparation
Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while multitasking smoothly
Basic math skills for handling bills, payments, and change accurately
Kitchen experience or culinary knowledge is a plus for understanding food presentation and preparation processes
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and assist guests confidently
Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and upselling opportunities

Pay: £8.00-£12.75 per hour
