Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a Saturday Front of House based at our Newcastle clinic. The first smile, the first impression & the essence of our client journey. At Skin & Soul Medical, exceptional service isn’t just a detail, it’s the hallmark of our signature aesthetic experience.

This part-time role is ideal for someone with a background in luxury hospitality, aesthetics or high-end client service. Someone who thrives in a fast paced environment & handles pressure with grace. There will also be opportunities for holiday cover and additional hours where required.

Duties

Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer incoming calls from both clinics with professionalism, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as necessary.
Help with social media platforms to ensure a smooth patient journey.
Perform data entry tasks and medical records accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Manage scheduling and appointments, coordinating with staff to ensure smooth operations.
Handle administrative tasks including patient notes, typing correspondence, and maintaining clinic supplies.
Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications for various clerical duties.
Maintain an organised front desk & clinic, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.

Qualifications

Previous office or administrative/customer service experience is essential.
Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Typing proficiency with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
