Job Title: Customer Representative (Technical Support).

Job Description:

Act! are currently looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our all-star team of dynamic, passionate and innovative team members. You will be working within our Customer Success department and be frontline support for businesses who use our Act! CRM, providing expert advice and technical problem solving.

What we offer you;

As well as some fantastic benefits, you will gain expert knowledge of Act! CRM products, with our excellent training programme. Phase 1, you will have 3 to 4 weeks class-room based training and continued coaching and support. We don’t just leave you to your own devices! On your 2nd phase, you will be ‘buddied’ up with one of our experienced representatives who will help coach and support you throughout your continued training before going live with our customers. You will gain invaluable product knowledge and skills required to develop your career within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

What you’ll be doing:

The role will involve supporting our customers with technical problems and helping identify the best solution, product or service to match their needs. To provide an exceptional service delivery experience through call ownership, business focused solutions and technical expertise that delivers Customer Delight at every contact.

Minimum experience & skills:

Exceptional communication and organisation skills
A proven ability to adapt to a fast paced and continually changing environment
Proven experience in a customer service role
Proficient with operating computer software/programmes, with the confidence to pick up new tech.
Good problem-solving skills
Able to negotiate effectively and handle difficult and confrontational situation
