About the Role

We are seeking passionate and talented Brand Ambassadors to represent Maison Crivelli at Fenwick Newcastle, ahead of our exciting new store opening in September 2026.

We are currently recruiting for two positions:

Full-Time Brand Ambassador – 37.5 hours per week (5 days per week)
Part-Time Brand Ambassador – 22.5 hours per week (3 days per week)

This is a unique opportunity to join Maison Crivelli during an exciting period of growth and play a key role in establishing the brand's presence within one of the UK's most prestigious luxury retail destinations.

As the face of Maison Crivelli, you will craft extraordinary experiences for our clientele, guiding them on an exclusive olfactory journey through expert knowledge, personalised consultations, and sensory storytelling. You will be instrumental in supporting the successful launch of our new location, building a loyal client base, and shaping the future of a brand celebrated for its artistry and innovation.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Service Excellence

Curate personalised fragrance experiences, exploring clients' preferences and introducing them to the signature Maison Crivelli collection.
Achieve and surpass sales objectives through confident, consultative selling.
Recommend complementary products to enhance the client's fragrance journey.
Deliver an impeccable, bespoke level of service, nurturing long-lasting client relationships.
Lead product launches with sophistication and authority, highlighting the brand's heritage and unique positioning.
Build a loyal client portfolio through exceptional service and memorable interactions.

Product Expertise

Maintain an authoritative knowledge of the Maison Crivelli collection, including inspirations, olfactory families, formulations, and rare ingredients.
Educate clients on our compositions and unexpected ingredient pairings that define our signature scents.
Articulate the narrative and emotional journey behind each fragrance with immersive, sensory storytelling.
Offer expert guidance on scent structures and concentrations to provide bespoke consultations.
Stay ahead of fragrance trends and industry innovations to ensure Maison Crivelli's position as a leader in haute parfumerie.

Teamwork & Collaboration

Collaborate seamlessly with fellow Brand Ambassadors and the Fenwick team to achieve collective goals.
Contribute insights and expertise to nurture a culture of excellence.
Support brand initiatives, including exclusive events, launches, and in-store experiences.
Provide valuable customer and commercial feedback to the Business Manager.

Standards & Operations

Ensure the counter is impeccably presented, reflecting Maison Crivelli's luxury ethos.
Adhere to brand standards in visual merchandising, hygiene, and customer engagement tools.
Support the successful opening and ongoing operation of the Fenwick Newcastle location.
Manage stock with precision, supporting operational efficiency and seamless client experiences.
Complete administrative tasks accurately and punctually, including sales reporting and documentation.

Proven experience in luxury retail, beauty, fragrance, or a premium client-facing environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Consistently achieves or exceeds sales targets.
Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced luxury environment.
Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and peak trading periods.
Passion for luxury fragrance and delivering memorable customer experiences.
Additional languages are an advantage.
