Overview
smart school uniform require pleasant well mannered local Sales representatives to provide a fast efficient uniform fitting service during summer "back to school". The ideal candidate will have been a regular customer of smart during school days.

Essential:

Confidence speaking to customers.

Ability to learn multiple tasks quickly and well.

Ability to multi-task & switch between tasks fluidly.

Able to participate at Parents Evening Events.

Advantageous:

Own Vehicle. Retail Sales Experience.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their enquiries, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Learn & Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Assist in managing stock levels, including restocking shelves and organising displays to ensure an appealing shopping environment.
Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the point of sale.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, ensuring resolution in a timely manner.
Participate in promotional activities and events to enhance product visibility and attract customers.
Maintaining a clean & safe store environment.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail in managing stock and maintaining displays.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanour.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
