Cake Decoration/making at CAKE BOX

Join our team at CAKE BOX, where your creativity in cake decoration meets a supportive environment. This is more than just a job; it’s a chance to be part of a company that values your growth and safety.

Job Responsibilities

Cake Decoration: Make and decorate cakes according to provided designs and guidelines.
Food Ordering and Cost Control: Manage food orders and control food costs effectively.
Cake Base Preparation: Prepare cake bases and decorate cakes (full training will be provided; no baking required).
Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is kept clean and up to brand standards at all times.
Shift Management: Oversee store operations during your shift and report any issues to the Store Manager.
Cash Management: Handle cash and complete daily administrative tasks responsibly.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Health & Safety: Maintain health and safety standards at all times.
Work Planning: Plan the work ahead and work efficiently.
Communication: Communication with staff and customers is key.
Proactivity and Responsibility: Be proactive and responsible in your role.

Qualifications and Skills

Communication: Excellent communication skills.
Customer Service: Minimum of 1-year experience in customer service is an advantage.
Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment.
Work Ethic: Strong work ethics and pride in work.
Eligibility: Right to work documents for the UK.
