Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumbing Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across a variety of commercial and industrial projects. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, hands-on experience with hand and power tools, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and industrial settings
Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and carpentry skills to complete tasks accurately
Conduct inspections to identify faults or potential issues within plumbing infrastructure
Perform heavy lifting and manoeuvre materials safely on-site
Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot complex plumbing problems
Assist with assembly of plumbing components and systems as required
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company standards
Operate commercial vehicles for transportation of materials or equipment when necessary

Requirements

Proven experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, or repair roles
Proficiency with welding, hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques
Strong mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations
Experience with carpentry is desirable but not essential
Valid driving licence suitable for commercial driving tasks
Good organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse environments
