Full job description

Warehouse Operative (Nights)

Full time permanent position.

Working 40 hours a week - night shifts (10pm-6am, Sunday -Thursday)

Flexibility with hours in busy periods (overtime paid).

About Us:

RP Meats Wholesale LTD are a busy and growing meat wholesale company supplying high quality meat products to a wide range of customers across the South of England. With a strong reputation for reliability and service, we are looking to expand our warehouse team with a dependable and detail oriented Picking Operative.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick and prepare products for dispatch
Handle and move heavy boxes with care and efficiency
Ensure all orders are labelled correctly and meet company quality standards
Work in temperature controlled environments (cold/chilled)
Assist with loading and unloading deliveries
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organisation
Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene procedures

Requirements:

Previous warehouse experience, especially in the food or meat industry, is an advantage
Comfortable working in cold environments (PPE provided)
Physically fit and capable of lifting multiple heavy boxed goods
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Punctual, dependable, and a strong team player
