Finance Administrator - Comar Optics

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Finance Administrator to join our team on a full or part-time basis. This is a key role responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the finance function.

Key Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for supporting and maintaining up-to-date and accurate financial information and reporting
Keeping the finance function organised, compliant, and on track
Management of the sales and purchase ledgers, including raising and posting invoices
Credit control and debt chasing in a professional and timely manner
Posting of journals and maintaining accurate financial records
Month-end processes, including reconciliations and reporting support
Bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy across all accounts
Processing and recording depreciation entries

About You

Previous experience in a finance or accounts administration role
Strong understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Confident working independently and managing your own workload
Competent with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
