The Role
The Samples Coordinator plays a key role within our global Trade Marketing team, planning and delivering product samples across the UK & EU. You’ll ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time to support sales activity, marketing campaigns, and events.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll manage sample requests end-to-end, stay on top of multiple moving parts, and work closely with teams across the global business to bring our products to life.

What We’re Looking For

Experience of working in an administrative, coordination, or support role (this could be from an office, internship, placement, or equivalent)
A proactive, hands-on mindset - you take initiative and enjoy figuring things out
Confident communicator who can build relationships across teams
Comfortable using Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
Highly organised with great attention to detail
A positive, team-first attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves

Nice to have:

Experience or interest in product, FMCG environments
Exposure to events, trade shows, or similar fast-paced environments with deliverables
Experience helping to coordinate projects, logistics, or events
