About the Company

Sushea is a vibrant Asian Fusion restaurant in the heart of Newquay. We are on a mission to provide healthy, fresh alternatives to fast food using local products and natural ingredients.

We have recently invested in a complete kitchen and restaurant refit, and our goal this year is to perfect our "Master Template." We aren't just running a restaurant; we are building a brand to be replicated. We are seeking a fun, energetic, and kind individual who shares our passion for life, our food, and our ethos.

The Role As a Restaurant All-Rounder, you are the heartbeat of Sushea. You’ll handle everything from front-of-house service to light food prep. Because we are focused on growth and replication, we need someone who loves consistency and has a high attention to detail, but who also knows how to have fun while loving life.

Responsibilities

The Full Experience: Serving customers with a kind, outgoing attitude and preparing food to our exact "freshly made" standards.
Operational Excellence: Upholding food safety, receiving deliveries, and maintaining our newly refitted space with total respect.
Digital Savvy: Using systems for service and stock management.
Evolution: Supporting the team as we refine our processes so they can be taught at future Sushea locations.
Vibe: Maintaining a positive, motivating, and inspiring atmosphere for both customers and your teammates.
