Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader/Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in team supervision. This role offers an opportunity to lead a motivated team, optimise operational efficiency, and contribute to organisational success. Applicants should demonstrate organisational prowess, leadership qualities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Duties

Lead and motivate a team to achieve set targets and maintain high standards of performance.
Supervise daily operational activities, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
Manage scheduling, delegate tasks, and monitor team progress to optimise productivity.
Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering professional development.
Oversee merchandising strategies and ensure visual standards are maintained across retail environments.
Handle customer interactions with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Maintain accurate administrative records related to staff performance, sales figures, and inventory management.
Organise team meetings, set objectives, and communicate organisational updates effectively.
Support sales initiatives by coaching team members on sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.

Skills

Proven management experience with a focus on supervising teams in a retail environment.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Excellent organisational skills with effective time management capabilities.
Demonstrated experience in merchandising, sales management, and retail operations.
Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—to liaise effectively with staff and customers.
Administrative experience including record keeping, reporting, and utilisation of organisational tools.
Proficiency in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: £13.50-£14.00 per hour
